Mr. Sudhir Mathur is a successful practising advocate based in Delhi, having more than 15 years of practice across courts in Delhi. He heads the litigation, Advisory, Tax Litigation. He has an experience in handling Corporate, Tax and Civil Litigation at various Tribunals, Tax Departments, DRT, High courts and Supreme Court of India.
Mr. Utkarsh Mathur head the litigation wing of recovery matters, insurance matters, service matters, property dispute matters, matrimonial matters and IPR matters alongwith criminal matters (Both White and Blue Collar). He has experience in handling the litigation from district courts at Delhi to Supreme Court alongwith various tribunals including Consumer Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal and NCLT. He has been mentored by Hon’ble Justice U.U. Lalit, Supreme Court of India which has helped him in better understanding of the Criminal Legal Justice alongwith Service laws.
Mr. Rahul Madhwani is a practicing advocacy at the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Court of Delhi, Consumer Forums and Trade Mark Registry. He is also presently empanelled as Legal Aid Counsel with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and practices in the area of civil, criminal, corporate and commercial and IPR litigation which includes suits relating to injunction, claim for damages, writs, debt recovery, winding up, arbitration claims, land acquisition cases, matrimonial disputes, telecom disputes and consumer protection law and appearing before Supreme Court, High Court in Delhi, Trial Courts, Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Courts and Debt Recovery Tribunal.
Mr. Ankit Sahni is a senior member of the Tax Group and has been associated with the Firm since 2015. He specializes in tax litigation: Transfer Pricing, Income Tax, VAT as well as International Taxation. He has been handling cases before the Supreme Court, High Court and ITAT for various well reputed companies like Nikon, Louis Vuitton, Kodak etc. in which capacity he has handled a multitude of tax matters. She has participated in various legal seminars, workshops, conferences and lectures of national and inter-national repute on, inter alia, International Tax – transfer pricing.
Mr. Ravi Bakshi is a successful practicing advocate based in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh with over 45 years of experience in the field of law. He has immense knowledge in facets of law like Banking laws, Insurance Laws, Service Laws. He is presently practicing at Supreme Court and NCDRC as a Panel Advocate of New India Assurance Co. Ltd., United India Insurance Co. Ltd. He has successfully defended newspapers groups like Indian Express including its founder late Ram Nath Goenka, Jansatta, Punjab Kesri in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in civil and criminal defamation cases. He has also represented some high-ranking officers and powerful politicians in Courts as well as Commissions including Election Commission of India.
Mr. B.B. Bagga has an invaluable and rich experience in handling various types of litigations. The scope of his litigation expertise covers a wide range including criminal and commercial, intellectual property rights, arbitrations, banking, taxation, writs before the Supreme Court of India, High Court. He has been practicing before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, and also appears before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. He has been a Legal Officer of Panjab National bank and started is individual practice in Chandigarh in the year 2000. He has been associated with the firm since 2007 and worked as an advisor with the firm in various matters. He brings immense knowledge & experience to the firm and has been anchoring the firm since 2007 in Chandigarh.
